How well does a forum help realtors? I was just thinking about this today. I love the fact that I can go here and get help any time I need it! But honestly may I ask what you guys get in return?

I would think that they would just be here to help. There's nothing in it for them; it's just that they're being nice. If I owned my own forum, I would use it to help people. This is such a great forum, it's so helpful!

Well, when Ann created the forum, she did it to help people get inform regarding Real estate and Mortgage Industry. It also, allows people in the mortgage field to share their knowledge with those of you needing help. Let's face it. Whether buying, selling or refinancing a home is not a sample thing. Being informed helps you make better choices and protect you against fraudulent activities from unscrupulous people. Knowledge is power! For those of us in the Business it help us keep up with all the new changes in the market and it also, give us support when needed. Similarly, it is  a way to bring the consumer and the Mortgage professional or real estate agent together. You can ask all questions and never be pressure to buy or finance anything. It allows you to make and educated descision regarding your Real Estate situation and that my friend is the beauty of internet and today’s technology!  Hope that answers some of your questions!!
