Do realtors prefer dealing with people that can produce a larger down payment or do they like to help people that can say finance better? Along with this is it possible to use credit cards for down payments?

I don't think they really can as long as the person can qualify for a mortgage

what counts is closed tranactions whether it is cash loans or a mixture of the two.
