Solution : You can link other domain names via a redirect in Godaddy admin panel under manage domains.
If you're talking about sending it to the host. Change the namesevers in the same control panel under Namesevers. video

You can add the plugs in, by first unzipping the file with winzip (free) and then uploading it to your host by using FTP , I use Filezilla upload to public html --->wp content--->wp plugins ( upload the whole set of folders, no each file) use the highlight with the mouse and hold the Shift down and drag it into the right folder.
